এক কনকনে শীতের কুয়াশাঢাকা ভোরে, বাংলাদেশের একটি ছোট্ট শহরে নুসরাত জেরিনের জন্ম। তার পড়াশোনা ও পেশা প্রকৌশল বিষয়ে হলেও, লেখাকে মনে করেন আশ্রয়, কবিতাকে সোউল হিলার। নিসর্গের নীরবতা, লোকালয়ের কোলাহল, আর মানবমনের অন্দরমহলের অদৃশ্যকে নিয়ে গড়তে চান শব্দকল্পদ্রুম।

On a fog-laden winter dawn, Nusrat Zerin was born in a small town in Bangladesh. Although her academic background and profession are in engineering, she considers writing as refuge and poetry as soul healer. She aspires to create an imaginative arbor of words addressing the silence of nature, the bustle of crowd, and the unseen depths of the human mind.
